LEGAL DISCLAIMER & END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) — ZUKWEND

Last Updated: October 12, 2026 — Software Version: 2.1.0

By downloading, installing, launching, or using ZUKWEND (“the Software”), developed by OLTREVISTA AI, the user (“Licensee” or “User”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Product Nature & Scope of Operation

ZUKWEND is an administrative desktop AI agent engineered specifically for Accounts Receivable (AR) management, overdue invoice tracking, debt aging analysis, and reminder draft generation.

The Software functions solely as a productivity and operational draft-generation assistant for commercial, administrative, and accounting departments. It provides structured summaries, aging timelines, and proposed reminder correspondence to streamline receivables management.

2. Explicit Functional Disclaimers (Not Invoicing & Not Debt Collection)

3. Liability Limitation & Mandatory Human Verification

All analytical assessments, classifications, aging indicators, reminder notices, email drafts, and payment requests generated by the Software are produced using artificial intelligence models and automated heuristics.

4. Licensing Terms & Hardware Activation (Lifetime BYOC Model)

5. 100% Offline Local Privacy & Data Sovereignty — Local-First Declaration

Local-First Architecture & Privacy Policy Declaration: ZUKWEND is architected from the ground up on strict Local-First and Privacy-by-Design principles. All invoice ingestion, document parsing, financial aging computations, and draft generation occur exclusively in the memory of the licensee’s local physical machine.

  • Local-First Data Sovereignty: No telemetry, analytics tracking, behavioral cookies, background cloud syncing, or remote logging exist within the Software. Your accounting books, customer identities, payment histories, and financial metrics never leave your local infrastructure.
  • 100% Offline Local Execution: Under standard local execution (using native algorithms or local Ollama engines), all document parsing, invoice processing, and AI inference take place exclusively on the user’s local hardware. No customer databases, debtor files, invoice details, or financial metrics are ever transmitted to external servers or cloud repositories.
  • Customer Cloud Key (BYOC Option): In the event the user opts to enable external cloud LLM inference, the user supplies their own personal API key (Bring Your Own Cloud / Key). In such instances, API calls are dispatched directly from the user’s machine to the chosen cloud provider under the user’s account and terms.
  • Data Protection & GDPR Compliance: Because all processed data remains under the user’s physical custody, full compliance with applicable privacy regulations (including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA), safe document retention, and regular data backups remain the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Warranty Disclaimer (“As Is”)

The Software is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Acceptance of Agreement

Installation, deployment, or continued use of the Software signifies complete, unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If the user disagrees with any part of these terms, they must immediately cease using the Software and delete all local copies.

8. Official Contact & Licensing

Given the standalone, autonomous desktop nature of the software provided strictly on an “As-Is” basis, official contact is reserved exclusively for administrative questions and commercial licensing inquiries. For licensing support or official business correspondence, contact: contact@oltrevista.com.
